JUMP! is a program offered by T-Mobile that allows customers to upgrade their smartphones more often. When you want a device with a bigger screen, more memory, or a better camera, you can trade in your current (eligible) device and upgrade to one of T-Mobile's new phones with this program.

At a high level, JUMP! 2.0 is an upgrade program from T-Mobile that lets you switch smartphones twice per year, as long as you‘ve paid off over half your current phone‘s cost. By enrolling in JUMP! 2.0, paying a monthly fee, and trading in your used phone, you can upgrade to the shiny new iPhone or Samsung Galaxy as soon as it hits the market.

To upgrade with the T-Mobile Yearly Upgrade program, you need to buy a new phone from T Mobile under the Equipment Installment Plan (EIP) and Go5GNext to enrol in the Yearly Upgrade program. After 1 year you can exchange the device with the latest upgraded device if you have paid 50% of your instalment amount under certain conditions.

T-Mobile’s Jump 2.0 is an upgrade program that allows you to upgrade your phone more frequently than every two years. It is an add-on service that you can opt for when you buy a new phone from T-Mobile. With Jump 2.0, you can upgrade your phone once you have paid off half of its cost.

T-Mobile JUMP! is the carrier's upgrade program included in Protection<360>, which costs $7-$15/month depending on your phone. JUMP! allows you to upgrade your phone after paying off 50% of the total cost of your phone.
